To be honest - being a vegetarian and eating traditional Danish food is not that great. Basically vegetarian food is not very popular in Denmark and I personally only know 2 other vegetarians (besides myself). One is my sister and another is a friend from university. Traditional Danish food consist of a lot of meat (cold and warm) and tofu and soya is almost unheard of. A big shame. Traditional Danish food consist of a lot of meat (cold and warm) and tofu and soya is almost unheard of. A big shame.

Then stop at Nothern Holmen and walk trough the beautiful back-side of cph ending at Christiania or that lovely Indian Place at Chr.havn torv. Nice. Oh yes…
